WRITING 101 How to Find the Story — This workshop will help beginning writers learn how to gather facts, use social media for reporting, and process information in an organized written format. It teaches you what is a story for a newspaper or blog, and why. Examples of published newspaper stories are included. FEE: $15.

WRITING 102 Your College Essay; Finding Your Truth — High School Seniors and Juniors will find the basic information they need to know in this workshop. It lists the five College Board prompts and tells you why most students use one and not another. It provides the three types of essays and offers hints about which one to use. Examples of successful essays are provided. FEE: $15.
